Featured not for profit

$1 from every Milk Jar candle is donated to a local not for profit organization that supports youth with special needs. We aim to choose organizations that provide social, recreation and self-development opportunities to help people with disabilities feel connected and grow.

Our 2019 Partner Pacekids

For 25 years, Pacekids Programs has continued to strive for excellence in the therapy, education and family empowerment of children with special needs

From as young as six months of age, Pacekids supports children and their families in the home, in the classroom, and in the community. Pacekids knows that every child deserves to thrive. That is why Pacekids is committed to offering an unparalleled level of service to each child and family that they serve. Each year, Pacekids must fundraise an average of $1,000 for every child they serve to ensure their families have access to the best programming, therapies and resources available.

Between Friends

2018 Not-For-Profit

Between Friends is an inclusive community where people with disabilities reach their individual potential and are recognized as valued citizens. Their mission is to provide quality social, recreation, and development opportunities so that people with disabilities can connect, grow, and belong.

Our goal last year was to raise $6000 to help send kids to summer camp, and we surpassed that with a whopping $8336! We cannot thank you all enough for your support in helping us reach this wonderful achievement for kids and families in Calgary.
